Uploading Files

Drag and Drop: Easily upload files by dragging them into the tool.

Browse for File: Alternatively, use the Browse option to select a file manually.

File Options

Zoom: Use Zoom In or Zoom Out to adjust the file’s display size.

Fit Options: Choose Fit Width or Fit Height to optimize the file’s view.

Rotate: Rotate the document to align it as needed.

Delete: Delete the document if it is not required.

Processing Files with OCR

Activate OCR Pro: The tool recognizes text and displays it in the output field.

Set Regions & Labels

Enable the “Set Regions & Labels” option to define specific areas for text recognition.

Use the bounding boxes to draw regions and assign appropriate labels to each defined area.

Activate OCR Pro to process the configured regions.

Output Options

Text/Table: Select Table to capture table values or Text to capture paragraphs.

Redraw Box: Redefine the selection region if needed.

Copy Option: Copy the processed text to the clipboard.

Reset Option: Reset any changes or added text in the output field.

Delete Option: Remove the configured region and its associated output.

Export: Upon exporting, the results for each labelled region will be organized into separate sheets within a single workbook.

Extracting Table Data

Configured regions are processed to extract data as table values.

Selecting a column enables the option to generate a line chart for detailed analysis of the values.

The generated line chart can be downloaded in the desired format for further use.
